During practice opening hours urgent medical problems will be dealt with promptly. Patients can usually be seen urgently on the morning or afternoon of contacting the practice.
Out of practice hours the call will be taken by our out of hours reception and passed to the doctor on call who will contact you directly. An urgent review, telephone advice or visit can then be arranged.
